Refund Policy

At Stitched by Scye, every handmade item is created with care, time, and attention to detail. Because many items are custom made to order, please review the policies below before purchasing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Because these items are created specifically for you, Stitched by Scye cannot offer refunds for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Change of mind after production has started
Color, fabric, or style changes after approval
Custom order cancellations once work has begun

Please double check all measurements, spelling, and custom details before submitting your order.

Sewing Errors or Product Issues

If there is an issue caused by workmanship, sewing quality, or a design flaw, please email Scye directly within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

If the mistake is determined to be on our end, we will do our best to make it right through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. Customer satisfaction truly matters, and every situation will be handled with care and fairness.

Ready-to-Ship Handmade Goods

If you purchase a ready-to-ship item and decide it is not the right fit for you, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in new condition
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sewing Class Refund Policy

Due to limited seating and materials being prepared in advance for each student, the following class policies apply:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before class start time are eligible for a refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable
No call/no shows are non-refundable

When you reserve a class seat, supplies and materials are prepared specifically for you, and that spot is no longer available for another student to book.
