Stitched by Scye is a small, one-woman business with no large warehouse, employees, or fancy production team behind the scenes. Every order is personally designed, sewn, packaged, and shipped with care and attention to detail. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on current order volume, customizations, and material availability. I truly appreciate your patience and support while I create your order by hand.

Order Processing

Most products are made to order and will require processing time before shipment. I do my best to keep customers updated throughout the process whenever possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Shipping Timelines

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing or creation time for handmade items.

Please understand that handmade products take time, and quality is always my priority over rushing production.

Expedited Orders & Sensitive Timelines

If you need expedited shipping or are working with a specific deadline, please contact me before placing your order so I can let you know whether I’m able to accommodate your request.

I always do my best to work with customers whenever possible, but expedited requests cannot be guaranteed unless discussed ahead of time.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been shipped, Stitched by Scye is not responsible for postal carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. However, if an issue arises, I will always do my best to help however I can.
